Digital Fortuners is a digital marketing agency based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, providing SEO, social media management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, web design/development, Google Business Profile management, and content creation services to clients across hospitality, manufacturing, finance, food and beverage, construction, and other sectors.

2. Use of Our Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, servers, or any connected systems
• Use our Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content (including blog articles, guides, and graphics) without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

3. Services

Engagement: Specific Services (SEO, social media management, ad campaigns, web development, etc.) are provided under a separate agreement, proposal, or scope of work agreed upon between Digital Fortuners and the client, which may include pricing, deliverables, and timelines not covered by these general Terms.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts (website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics), accurate business information, and timely feedback/approvals required to deliver Services effectively. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

No Guaranteed Results: While we apply industry best practices to SEO, advertising, and marketing campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.).

4. Payments

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each client. Late payments may result in pause or termination of active Services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, blog articles, and guides — is owned by Digital Fortuners unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Client Work: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website builds, ad creatives, content), unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Digital Fortuners retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may involve managing accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, GoDaddy/hosting providers, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by these third-party platforms that are outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client business information, account credentials, and campaign data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver Services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Fortuners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the Services in question during the preceding three (3) months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing Service engagement per the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Digital Fortuners reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
